PaySense is a service launching at paysense.online. If you have any questions about your data, you can contact us using the feedback form on this page.
What we collect and why
We collect your email address only if you choose to submit it via our 'notify me' form. We use it solely to send you one email when PaySense launches. We do not add you to any marketing list, newsletter, or third-party service.
Feedback form
If you submit feedback via our feedback form, we collect the text of your message and your selected role. We use this to inform the development of PaySense — understanding what questions and concerns real users have helps us build a better product. If you choose to provide your email address, we use it only to notify you when PaySense goes live. We do not follow up on individual feedback submissions or use it for any other purpose. Feedback messages may incidentally contain personal information if you include it in your text; we treat all submissions with the same care as any other personal data.
How long we keep your data
Launch notification emails are deleted as soon as the notification has been sent. Feedback submissions are anonymised and transferred to our internal development list, after which the original submission is permanently deleted. Any email address provided via the feedback form is deleted as soon as the launch notification has been sent.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
